I had a great experience at Wingstop Westfield Stratford, all thanks to Reza’s amazing service. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and made sure we were fully looked after throughout our visit. His positive attitude and excellent customer care impressed us so much that we decided to place a second round of orders! It’s rare to find such genuine and attentive service these days. Reza made our meal extra enjoyable, and we’ll definitely be coming back because of him. Highly recommended!
Great tasting, well seasoned food and the atmosphere was a vibe. The server, Bobby, was professional and efficient but a special shoutout to Tushel who was amazing. Cleaned our table, gave top recommendations and was polite and professional as well as attentive throughout a busy period. Thank you Wingstop. Top staff and cleanliness was 10/10.
I stopped by Wingstop recently and had a fantastic experience. The wings were hot, crispy, and full of flavor exactly what you’d expect from Wingstop. But what really stood out was the service. David went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and super helpful with recommendations. You could tell he really cared about the customer experience. It’s rare to see that level of professionalism and energy, and it definitely made my visit even better.
I ordered 10 wings : habanero and spicy corean. The food was awesome and placing the order was very smooth because the staff member Sharif was the best server at wing stop he offer me the best customer service where I felt same and I felt my order was to my standardi feel like sharif was a very happy while serving me.
It was an a experience to have your "typical" wings but with a twist. Definitely a new shop that is welcome to the shopping centre , and they have found their own corner. Ordering could have been quicker by having additional ordering machine . Food was delivered fairly quickly and there was a good range of flavours. Rather than just using it as selling point then they don't deliver. I loved my chicken wings. Also the layout of the seating was varying interesting but also ask to lower the music volume a little bit.
My wife’s favourite place at Stratford City Westfield, we have tried several items so far and never disappointed, we have served by Tusher today, very knowledgable guy, advised us with all flavour and tests. Highly recommended.
It is my first time visiting Wing Stop! The place was pretty clean even we visited at busy hours on a weekend. Toilets were not messy which I’m glad. Food was all served hot and tasty (๑๑) The signature style fries are super delicious, it wasn’t very crispy but it’s mash inside. Highly recommend the blue cheese dip and the garlic flavour boneless chicken!
